We offer a 30-day, hassle-free, money back guarantee. The 30-day period begins on the day your goods were delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged (by you the customer), and accompanied by proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on custom orders. The goods must be in our possession, before we issue a refund. 

Phroezn does not cover lost or stolen packages, or items delivered to an incorrect address, due to customer error. We also do not offer refunds for items that have a "delivered" status. Buy making a purchase, you have agreed to these terms.

If a product is delivered damaged, was faulty due to craftsmanship, or you received an incorrect item - we offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund. 

Phroezn covers the cost of return shipping in these cases.

If you haven't received your purchase, after 30 business days from dispatch. This has yet to happen, but if it does, simply contact us with your name, order number, and a summary of the issue. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@phroeznjewelers.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us, without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@phroeznjewelers.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Order changes and cancellations 
All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after they have been placed. If your order has been paid, and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours, to do so. Unfortunately, once the manufacturing, packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled, or changed. We will be happy to issue a refund, or facilitate an exchange, once you return the item. We will not issue refunds for goods that are in transit. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time, for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so reach out to them first, if you experience unreasonable delay. 

You can submit a refund request to info@phroezn.com within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can also submit the refund request by messaging us through our Contact Us page. 

If you don't see your refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank, as their processing time could affect this. 


If for any reason you need to return your item to us for an exchange, and you decide to return that exchanged item, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for the return shipping in this case.
